The domaine and its surroundings

The villa is located in a secure, quiet and beautiful gated domaine with own gardener. The domaine has a tennis court that can be used at no extra cost.

Private roofed parking space and access to guest parking spaces within the domaine.
Close to nature, as well so many various spots to visit. Villages, beaches, shopping, entertainment, amusement parks, restaurants, cafés, wine yards, golf courses, cities etc. Local bus station only 100m from the domaine gates, but it is recommended to rent a car.

The villa is located between Valbonne and Biot villages, both only 5 minutes drive. There are many golf courses in the area. 3 within 30 minutes drive. The beaches are only 20 minutes away by car, and the famous Marineland in Antibes only 15 minutes. Nearest supermarket and gas station is only 2 minutes away by car.
